This is what happens when two gun guys are shooting the breeze and you say "I always wanted an SKS"
M59/66A1 Yugo, made in 1970.
Weight is just under 300 lbs, I don't think its going deer hunting with me.Image
I don't often speak to people that voted for Hillary, but when I do I order large fries.

That is a beauty, it don't look at all like the ones Fleet Farm used to sell for 99 bucks (2-3 dozen years ago).

The previous owner did an awesome job refinishing the stock and the whole gun is in nice shape.
it's going into the range toy rotation.

I owe ya a *retraction*
the guns FF sold all day long for 99 bucks were AK's, and, it was probably closer to 3-4 dozen years ago.

Can always lighten it up and make it look ugly! I put a 2x red dot on it an dit is a blast to shoot. One I would consider for deer hunting. If I miss it will ugly the deer to death!

I had it up to the farm and my brother and I were kicking cans around with it, they are a hoot to shoot.
I think it would make a great deer gun for a smaller person or someone who is recoil sensitive.
